"We have been in touch with our customers affected".... erm are you sure about that. This suggests I am not affected and I have had my iP7 since Friday and this is just a bad dream!

I'm hoping O2 actually gives us a new update today regarding them receiving delivery from Apple

The Apple Store is showing delivery in 2-3 weeks on some black models now. Does that mean that our preorders should sorted by then?

Or is that wishful thinking, and it really is going to be 6 weeks?

I'm delivery 49 and the driver is on delivery 7. He's approx 2hrs away. It should be arriving between 12 & 1 😁

Been assured by the live chat bod (bot?) that those who have not had a text will be contacted by Tuesday at the latest and also that my order as been "prioritised" whatever the hell that means 02.jpg

@Toby I spoke to live chat the other day and got the below:

 

Xxxxxxxx: We’re holding your place in the queue and will prioritise your order when we get stock in. You should get your order in the next 4 days. Check here for the latest updates: www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-monthly/iphone-offers.
Xxxxxxxx: So, you will receive the same by 20th.
 
However, I don't feel hopeful for tomorrow! No tracking details and still no recent order showing on My O2!
