Data allowance issue

Couple of days ago i received a message saying that i've used 80 per cent of my data allowance...
I am not happy because it is not possible i have used 4Gb in 10 days!!
Besides I have never exceed a data limit...
Can you please help??

If you have an iPhone there is a regularly reported issue on here about phantom data use, but either way, you need to call customer service to get them to investigate.
