I received my new phone on 11th July and it appears to be cracked on the screen as it arrived like this what do I do about getting it fixed/replaced?

Why didn't you report this immediately?

After 9 days it may be too late to report something damaged on delivery.

I fear you my have to pay to repair it or claim on insurance.
