Contact is up. Have took out a sim only contract with o2 but I now have no service

Hi all,

My contract on my iphone 6s is now up. I made the last payment last week. The contract was with o2.

At the same time I took out a new sim only contract with o2, and asked to continue using my current sim.

But yesterday it has disconnected me. I can still use the internet when connected to WiFi, but I cannot text, use 4G/3G or make phone calls. Not even to o2s free number.

What should I do? I do not have a landline so am at a loss on how to solve this issue.

Were you given another sim card?
If so, try that one to see if it's working now.
Alternatively, try live chat off this link http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
