I can connect my sons media pad to my hotspot any ideas why pls

The only other thing I can think is that you don't have iData on your account. Call customer services to check on 202

Make sure the password is correct and remember it is case sensitive. You could always change the password to something memorable to you.

I have changed password but put the first letter as capital letters test small will that make a difference

No, that's fine as long as you enter it exactly the same on the device you are connecting.
