Connecting a device to my personal hotspot

I can connect my sons media pad to my hotspot any ideas why pls

I have a iPhone se and when try to connect the media pad it says connecting to server authenticating then goes back to server and authenticating tried resetting both but still nothing c

Make sure the password is correct and remember it is case sensitive. You could always change the password to something memorable to you.

I have changed password but put the first letter as capital letters test small will that make a difference

No, that's fine as long as you enter it exactly the same on the device you are connecting.

Yeah exact same even reset Network settings and everything too aarrghhh

The only other thing I can think is that you don't have iData on your account. Call customer services to check on 202
