Cant send txt to radio

Good morning,

I tried to enter a game on radio where i have to send tct to number 63103 but its says message not delivered, i tried to send txt for last past month but i can never send txt, could you please support me.

Do you have request on your account to prevent premium rate calls and texts?

And if your phone is PAYG, you may need Airtime credit to send a txt to that short-code, five-digit number (not usually included in your bundle), @Elina86.

You need to get in contact with customer services @Elina86.
You might have a spend cap applied to your account which prevents sending messages to short numbers.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen if you have to.
