Cannot recieve text messages

Hi,

sometime this morning my phone stopped recieving text messages.  I can still send them but if someone sends me one I dont get it.

I downloaded the latest update and installed it, but still no luck.  I now also have a red dot on the phone icon and apparently "visual voicemail" in unavailable.

I can phone people without problem, and send emails

Is anyone else having this issue?

The o2 Network is having outages affecting people in different ways.

Yep has been happening for most of the last 2 weeks. Tried to contact 02 but seems impossible

Thanks for the reply. My son can text his sister and receive a reply, and they can both receive text from me but I cannot receive anything from them. I checked that status site and it said my area is fine. Any other ideas?

I can't even phone or recieve messages - I think they are ripping us off and taking money for no service!

The problem is affecting different people in different ways. Hopefully they will get it fixed asap.

Me and my partner are both on O2 but we are having problems as we'll... He can receive my texts but I can't receive his however I can receive texts from my family who are on orange and his family are receiving his texts very confused... Anyone know what's going on? Also my 3G isn't working it's not even coming up with the 3G sign at the top of the screen. I'm using an iPhone 4S, my boyfriend is on a iPhone 5 please can someone help lol. Thanks in advance

roll on April can get back to orange counting the day down I have no 3G unable to receive messages and visual voicemail unavailable and only cot calls back this afternoon cost me big time Mickey Mouse is in the building

I'm glad it's not only me having problems with 3G I thought it was my phone. Do you know what's going on?
