Hi,
sometime this morning my phone stopped recieving text messages. I can still send them but if someone sends me one I dont get it.
I downloaded the latest update and installed it, but still no luck. I now also have a red dot on the phone icon and apparently "visual voicemail" in unavailable.
I can phone people without problem, and send emails
Is anyone else having this issue?

I can't even phone or recieve messages - I think they are ripping us off and taking money for no service!

From o2's T&C.
3. The Services we supply and what you can expect of us – Our services aren’t available everywhere in the UK. They’re not fault free, and speed and quality, for example, can be affected by things like the thickness of the walls of the building you’re in, atmospheric conditions, technical issues with the network and the number of people near you trying to access the services at the same time. Details are in paragraph 2 of the Agreement.

No one is being "ripped off".
Network outages occur.
