Why was my 4G calls turned off today on my account by 02

Do you mean no 4G signal or no data?

If signal try first restarting your phone

O2 send a text stating 4G will be turned off whilst repairs or upgrades are done to masts near you

All will be returned to normal and you should see no loss of service

You need do nothing and it's all perfectly normal @Barber123
