Cal Divert not working

Hi , I have tried to set up my call divert on my iphone 5S , but keep getting an error message "SETTING REGISTRATION FAILED" , any ideas on how to resolve this problem ?

Log into your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 and go to your device details.
Check if WiFi calling is on and if so, turn it off.
