Blocking a payment

I keep getting extra charges from Apple and I’m not sure why. Are you able to block these?

You are best speak to Apple via support.apple.com as they are the ones passing these charges to o2 in order for them to bill you. 

Also if you have an iphone have a look at any subscriptions that you have,.. 

Also add an £0 spend cap to your account, but be aware this may affect other phone usage

You can also ask O2 to put a bar on Charge To Mobile.
