Awaiting Sim transfer

Anonymous
Not applicable

I purchased my iphone5s at 10am this morning, it's awesome! Downside, the transfer of my number is taking FOREVER! well probably not literally, it says 24hours and be patient bla bla bla, turn phone of and on again every now and then to check.

Is it taking so long cos so many are doing the same thing? I feel from what i've read and 02's lack of actual phones on launch day states otherwise, but anyone got a clue?

Sim transfers are usually quick and painless and it's unusual to take the full 24 hours quoted.

@tailie

If you are still having problems, do the swap again or contact customer service.

You can't do any more than what you're doing. I'm sure the system is at full stretch today. It will transfer when it will transfer.

@Diawl_bach

Where is the option to do it online?

I presume I can't swap my numbers until I have received my new sim?
