I’m not sure where to ask this question but I ordered an Apple Watch and I got charged etc for it the up front cost of £20 and it took the money off me but I’ve had no confirmation email and it doesn’t show up in my recent purchases, anyone had this before? I would kind of like my money back if it’s not even being dispatched.

Most likely out of stock.

It will be sent when available.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

You will probably just be charged monthly regardless of if you have the watch or not. It's not their fault if they are out of stock. Customer service is not available. I would just keep paying.
