Hi, I have an Apple Watch Series 8 and for some reason I can’t make or receive any phone calls. I go onto my Watch app go onto mobile phone service and all I keep getting is an error code 15. The chap I spoke to on O2 had no idea what it was talking about and sent me round in circles. Trying load of different things wasn’t listening to what I was saying. please help
