Apple Watch Pre-Order Day

I logged in today expecting this board to be buzzing with talk about the Watch. Instead I find nothing. Not a word.

What's up folks? Too Expensive? Battery Life?

1. I'm not a fitness fanatic, quite the opposite

2. I don't need instant notification on my wrist of incoming messages etc

3. I'm happy to reach into my pocket for anything I need

4. It's not that attractive

5. You still need an iPhone on your person

6. Price

7. The biggie - if the battery runs out by tea time then that's a deal breaker for me

If I lived that California lifestyle that Apple portrays so brilliantly in it's keynotes etc then I'd have to have one. But in Suffolk - nah!

In fact the only point in getting one here is to show off to your mates. And I don't have the sort of mates that are impressed by tech anyway.

Ask me again when they launch version 2, or even version 3.

That last sentence of yours is my feelings on Apple recently.
Every point and stance he had has been reversed as if they couldn't wait to focus on the money and not the user.

I've pre ordered a 42mm black sport model. Missed the launch day window as Apple in their infinite wisdom didn't open the app and the website up at the same time. Mine should be coming in 4-6 weeks
