Hi all
Purchased a SS Apple Watch Series 8 online through o2 last Thursday and when I try to activate mobile data on it, it says to contact My O2 and quotes reference 106.
I have contacted O2, and they've reset the e-sim which did not work. I am now waiting an engineer to call me back. It seems this is a widespread issue and people are still waiting for a fix.
Anyone had any luck or tips?
