App charges?

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi

ive just gone on my o2 account and noticed that I'm being charged £4.50 a week for an app or something what I've not joined up to.

i don't recall joining anything because I don't use my phone these days.

How owe can I cancel this? If I don't know what the charge is for! Can o2 help?

If you call customer services http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus they should be able to tell you the contact details of the company billing you.
You need to call them, ask them to remove your number from their database and to refund you any charges they have taken so far.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
