Hi,I can’t access the App Store,my mobile banking app or use safari unless I have wifi,I have tried resetting my settings and shutdown start up,my cookies are turned on and so is my mobile data,I have a good signal on 4g.

Check your settings to ensure those apps are allowed to use mobile data.

Text ACTIVE to 2020 and save the settings sent back. Reboot the phone. 

Call customer service and ask them to check you have the idata bolt on.

Settings >Mobile data and scroll down to apps.
Make sure the switch is green against the app you want to use.
