Vvm was working iOS 11 beta carrier file 29.0

just had carrier file 29.1 ota and now got vvm issues tried all the usual fixes has o2 messed up 29.1 ?

Hey all,

Thanks for raising this to us last night and this morning. We're currently investigating the cause of this, but in the meantime what we have seen to work is sending a message saying "STATE" to 9011. This will reset the mailbox, but won't delete any of your messages.

If that doesn't work for you, please let us know.

just upgraded my iPhone 7 to iOS 11 and have lost visual voicemail. Any known fixes?

@Anonymous Looks like there maybe a carrier file issue I have tried all fixes none work have tweeted o2 and now will tag @Chris_K to see if there will be a fix

Hi. Mine is back. Switch off Wi-fi then restart phone and it came back.

Well after the 5th attempt airplane mode on for more than 30 seconds vvm has sprung back into life.

Mine has stopped working too, tried to reset network settings, rebooted the phone, airplane mode, turned vm off and on, left a vm - nothing has worked so far, very frustrating
