Hi guys, A little update on this:

The simplicity deal is available but the page wasn't updated in time. It will be very soon though. The team asked me to thank you guys for flagging it, so well done for that!

https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/simplicity/SmartPhone/?is4G=true

Also, you can add a 4G £5 access Bolt On via MyO2 if you're on a compatible tariff. The full details of this can be found in the Terms & Conditions here:

http://www.o2.co.uk/termsandconditions/mobile/4g-access-bolt-on-terms-and-conditions

Hope that helps!

I would guess this was down to the fact o2 was only approved by apple on friday for 4g.

I would check back on monday to see if they have activated the option for iphone.

I guess you have bought a sim free iphone that is band 20 4g capable?

Sure have direct from Apple.com and also went to the o2 store and did a 4G nano sim swap in advance so now just waiting for a tariff.

Well done for getting the iphone in the first place with supply being so limited !

I assume you have checked your area for 4G coverage and are now awaiting the fantastic speeds that can be acheived.

Hope all goes Ok for you.

I'm on Payg go go so its not until the end of the year for me, currently.

If you're an existing Simplicity user, you can add the 4G bolt-on (£5) to your existing contract

You'll need them to send you a 4G nano-sim

Like Hppyboi, I have also purchased a 5S from Apple.

I can't find any mention on the O2 website of a £5 iPhone 4G bolt on that WeetyUK suggests. Anyone got a link to this please?
