Going through 4G setup process having done sim swap on 4g enabled phone and getting a set up error 500 message.

As long as you have a 4g phone with 4g turned on in settings and you are in a 4g area, it will work.
If you are not seeing it, you need to call CS to get it enabled on your account.

Make sure the settings in the phone are correct.
I've used this site recently and it works.

They also have settings for other networks (if that is of use to anyone).
