got a samsung s8 and its telling i have a voice message and there is nothing there ,how do i take off the symbol anyone help please ,thank you dippy

You could get someone to call you and leave a message then go through the options to delete. That will remove the icon

Call yourself from another phone and leave a message.
Then listen to the message and delete it.
It should clear the stuck one too.
