Hi, i have had an s20 ultra for a few months with no issues till now. When i plug my headphones in i get "charging connected device via usb" notification and my fast charge no longer works. I've tried cleaning the port but still no luck. I did have a moisture in usb message a while back could that have corroded the contacts on the port in anyway?

It sounds like water damage or moisture has affected the circuit board for the USB-C port.

I would make contact with samsung support and they will be able to advise further.

Hi @stu2k1,

Sounds like there could be something in the port interfering with it. Did you get the phone direct from O2? It might be worth booking an appointment to see one of our Gurus in-store who will be happy to perform a health check on your phone. They'll be able to recommend a solution or fix for it.

You can book an appointment using this link https://guru.secure.force.com/O2DeskStoreLocator

That's a piece of string question I'm afraid as it can be a few days to a week or more.
