My phone will not charge via Type C port or via wireless charger. I have just paid it off and have ordered a new Samsung however this will not arrive for a few weeks

Use an old spare phone or a cheap one off Amazon to tide you over.

You can put your O2 sim in any unlocked or O2 phone.

Can you not let a phone repair shop look at your present handset?  It may be a cheap repair and when the new one arrives you will have a spare or something you can sell on

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
