Hello All

I have been given a second or third user Samsung S3 GT-19300 phone by My grandaughter                              purchased on eBay which the status screen shows is locked to o2 , Device status official

network o2 , plus the serial number  IMEI number. & phone number.

however, after completing the online request form it appears that my number is not on the

system is it possible for o2 to supply another sim which will unlock my phone.

as this was a second or third user phone I have no idea if it was previously on a contract

which was completed & then sold on.

You would need to add £20 credit and make a couple of calls to register it on the network. Then leave £15 credit to pay for the unlock and fill the form in again. As it has come from eBay it may be as well to check the phone hasn't been barred on checkmend.
