unlatching my phone

i wonder if anyone can help i have requested a unlatch code was told email was sent but never received it now they saying they going to escalate my order surely they can give the code over the phone  can i request it

I doubt anyone you could talk to on the phone would know what the code was. You have to get them to resend it.

Check your spam box on email as sometimes it can get diverted in there. Are you contract or PAYG?

on pay as you go, and have checked spam just annoyed they took my credit and nothing just wondered if they can tell me the code over the phone
