transferring apps & pics to new s4

Anonymous
Not applicable
Ive just had a brand spanking new S4 as an upgrade from an S2.
Ive worked out how to sync contacts but is there a way of syncing all other content, such as apps (inc game progress), pics, music etc.
Im currently without a laptop so I can't use kies.
A friend with an I phone said all his content is backed up to the cloud. Is there a droid friendly way of uploading literally everything from the old device so I can then download to the new one?
P.s. anyone know how long it takes O2 to transfer the contracts over. Ive got 2 phones I can only make emergency calls from, despite the guy in the shop saying the old one would work til the new one was ready to go!

You need a laptop or PC to back up game data and transfer it across, but everything else can be sync'd with your Google account and will show on the new device when you log on with your Google account ID. If you have Dropbox or some other online storage cloud you could copy your game folders to it then pull them back onto the S4...? You sim swap is underway if your original SIM is offline. You need to reboot the S4 every half hour or so and it will come online soon.

Hi houseofscouse.

I use Wondershare: MobileGo.

It can make a backup of calls, text, notes, calender, apps, music and pictures and restore them to a new Android device.

Just "google" it.
