wifi on samsung galaxy s3

any one else having trouble connecting to wifi on their s3. keeps coming up network disabled, poor connections no matter if i have full signal strenth or what ever wifi network i try to connect to

i am having probs getting on internet outdoors, indoors is fine through router, but step outside and nothing, it was fine till i got new galaxy s3 phones, ordered micro sims, get it all up and running keeping same numbers on same contract, tried every thing, media is turned on, was ok on nokia n8 phones with same contract, only changed phones and and had to put micro sims in, contract still same, o2 business, unlimited calls, unlimited texts, 1gb internet.....any ideas please

Reset your network settings. Settings >More >Mobile Networks >Access point names then press menu and choose reset. Touch the circle next to "O2 Mobile Web" to get a green dot then reboot the phone.

everything ok till i get to "access point names then press menu"..what menu ?, there is no menu, the green dot was already in the circle

ok done all that, still same, nothing, "network problem" is all i keep getting, tried ringing o2 but they closed
