Hi sorry back again, something came up to say I had used a £1.00 off my  balance! I don't know what that was about!  could I have inadvertenly clicked on something to buy, an app maybe! do not really understand all this stuff! any help with this one!  many thanks

Hi why when the screen rotation is turned on does it not change when turned every time, is there a special way of doing this that I may be missing?!!  many thanks

It doesn't work on every screen....
Which screens in particular aren't working for you?

I use it for texting, sometimes it does work and others not!    is there a time lapse before it does it?

No, there shouldn't be any significant delay, certainly it should rotate within a second or so.
Try tapping gently on the back of the phone when you've turned it to see if it helps.....

Strange my 520 seems to work fine.

I just gently rotate mine.

Strange, have found if I turn the phone and just touch the on off button it rotates and the same to rotate it back!

Try turning the phone off for a few seconds and turn it back on.

now if lift when I rotate it works!

Once you get the knack you'll be fine.....
You do have to be holding the phone in your hand though. It may not work just spinning it on the table.
