Hi, I can only send emails from Note 2 when I'm on home wifi. I need to be able to use emails when out and about. Can anyone help with settings etc please?

Try changing the outgoing server to smtp.o2.co.uk port 25 with SSL unticked.

If not try sending 'Active' to 2020 to get the MMS and APN settings for your phone

Wouldn't these already have to be in the phone to get email even on wifi?

No I see what you mean but I would have thought that the issue was with mobile data settings rather than email if the op can receive them on wifi
