Hi been on chat talking to 02 today as my phone wasn't recieving messages from two of my contacts.

he told me to download kies to back up my data and reset the phone it wasn't compatiable with kies

Had to down load smart switch to do it all reset now recieving text messages but  still not from two of my family members all seems strange any help or advice please

There are some issues with texts at the moment.
If you have Tugo you may also need to log out and delete the app.

my be I didnt need to reset my phone as it was a hassle for me to do

I can't see this being fixed till after the Easter break if honest...so expect we will see a lot more complaining....

Funnily enough, being abroad with TuGo...I was about to say I am not having this text problem...but then how would I know?.....I had a few texts from family when I arrived ... one is on O2 and the other EE....but heard nothing for a couple of days ....Confused

Exactly. As I mentioned last night, we'd never know unless we get a call or something to see why we are ignoring someone!

Thing is most of them are on Messenger so have been keeping in touch via that route. My other half doesn't bother with 'that tripe' (his words ..not mine)...There has been a wall of silence from him....I better give him a ring...LOL
