I can't recieve any txts calls or mms incoming to my phone?

I was ill and didnt realise my bank had stopped my dds for my o2 accounts
On arch 21st letters were sent out to me which i recieved today march 24th saying they had stopped me making or taking any calls and txts
I was in hospital so didnt realise the phone wasnt working as mobiles didnt work on the ward
Any way i paid my bills in full yesturday and my calls txts mms all sprung into life
BUT
Ppl txting me ringing me or sending mms im not recieving anything my end
Ive switched tu go on for calls & txts but its not going to work outside if my data cant recieve the calls txts mms ect
Ive tried switching my phone off and back on & got one of my grown children to txt me 😨 nothing came through 😢
So how do i get incoming switched back on?

You need to call customer service to get the bars on the account removed. Usually once the payment has cleared the bars are removed when the system updates at midnight but if you need the bars removed right away then call them.

The payment should have already cleared as i paid it 2am yesturday morning so its been almost 36 hours since it was paid
My tablets recieving txts & calls which is weired as a tablet
But my phone isnt

Ive switched it off about 10 times so far but still nothing
Tu go is only working for calls not txts as we just checked that as well

Ive tried that but the signal here is bad today only 1 bar on phone
It cut me off 😯

@Angelbabe1uk Please ring customer services as advised. Only they can lift the bar on the account. There is a landline number to use in the contact us link @jonsie gave you...(if you can't make the call from your phone)
