samsung galaxy ace boot failure

this must have been asked a million times so sorry for raising it, but 1 day old ace will not switch on as it si stuck in an infernal loop of samsung and 02 screens. Tried all the reboot, wipe clear etc things and no difference. Any help?

Unfortunately there seems to be no easy fix for this, although it would appear the only fixes seem to be done via using the recovery console. If it were me, I would attempt a factory/data reset from the Recovery Menu.

Press the Home key+Volume Up and Power from the off state to get to the recovery console.

It could be a number of reasons such as corrupt files, not enough system resources or even bad partitions which need remounted. You can use the Google ADB commands to fix this. Although that is geek territory really.

As I said before, if it is a new product get it replaced and save yourself the hassle.
