Hi

Is the voicemail number 901 or your number? If your number, change it to 901.

Dial 901 and set up voice mail if not already set up, listen to any messages left and that should get rid of the icon.

Let us know how you get on.

How are you finding the S4 mini? I've not had a chance to give it a go yet.

try calling it again and listening all the way through the call. once it's ended give it a couple of minutes and fingers crossed it should reset itself.

Alternatively you can try calling yourself from your mobile and leave yourself a message. Then dial 901 and listen to it and hopefully that will force it to reset.

Usually dialing 1760 to turn off voicemail, then 1750 to turn it back on will clear any latent notifications.
