hi i have a galaxy s3 and the other day it stop receiving messages and phone calls i can send messages and people fine any ideas why this would be happening thanks

Have you checked to see if there is a mast problem in your area? Put in your full post code here: http://status.o2.co.uk/
If no problem is showing, call Customer Services on 202 if Pay Monthly or 4445 if Pay & Go and tell them what the problem is.
