phone not working

My phone is not making or recieving any calls 

it keep saying 

Not rigistered on network ???

You may may also have a faulty sim If no mast problems. Pop in any o2 store & they will sort you out a replacement SIM card

Have you tried rebooting the phone or simply cleaning the sim card?
