Hi tobyi am a complete idiot when it comes to technology and i'm having trouble setting up my new galaxy note 3 please can you help ??

Text ACTIVE to 2020 and save the settings they send back and reboot the phone.

I'm currently trialling the Galaxy Note 3 for O2 and agree you've made a really good choice of phone.
