Are you keeping the same number? Have you done the sim swap here : Swap my sim

Text ACTIVE to 2020 and save the settings they send back and reboot the phone.

I'm currently trialling the Galaxy Note 3 for O2 and agree you've made a really good choice of phone. slight_smile
