Is it a new contract ? May need to settle.

Turn your phone off, clean the sim, and turn back on.

Put your full postcode here http://status.o2.co.uk

Hsve you moved from one sim size to another. If so do the sim swap.

It can take upto 24 hours for everything to swap over.
Rebooting the phone can also help whilst you are waiting.
