Solved: incoming calls

I cannot recieve incoming calls, when my girlfriend rings me it says the person you are ringing is unable to take your call, and goes straight to anwser phone. This has only happened in the last few days.

Also i cannot get internet connection outside of my house ( use wifi in house)

can anyone help me with these issues

Regarding internet access, Text active to 2020 and save the settings O2 send you.

Regarding the voicemail check in your settings that you are not diverting all calls to voicemail.

Are you getting any calls or just not from your GF? I'm guessing non at all which will be linked to no signal when outside of your wifi range which would indicate either the phone is blocked or your sim has failed.

Try cleaning the simcard and check for issues in your area O2 Service Status
