Cant connect to 3g

Since the recent update on my samsung galaxy note 1 i cant connect to 3g using mobile data. I have sent off and installed the network settings again. But this still hasnt worked. Anyone have any clues??

Hi Willbirchall87.

Have you possibly overlooked "data enabled" or it may be called something similar, just in wireless and network settings.

Alternatively pop into your APN settings and press options, then "reset to default" sometimes corrects this if it is settings related.
