Hi, just wanted to ask, how do i block unwanted text messages, i keep getting texes from a Bongo no and if I reply STOP it will cost me 2 quid, x

It says that in my link, but if they've been charged Phonepay Plus is the only way to get a refund.

If you'very got a Samsung Android device you should have a Spam Messages option where you register numbers to be blocked from sending messages
S8+, Galaxy Tab S 8.4, Chromebook.

Well maybe in your opinion but I beg to differ I didn't ask for them its o2's network so its their problem they have never said no

It's not their policy though or their liability, so I prefer not to tell people O2 will refund them as they may not.

 

PhonePay Plus deals with premium texts and can prosecute the company, so even if you get a refund from O2 nothing is done to stop them being sent out and possibly prosecute the company concerned.
