Hi I cannot send mms from my new phone. Have tried turning off wi fi no success. Can receive just not send. Have re entered all the strings with no joy. Any suggestions??

Text active to 2020 save settings and reboot phone.

Ensure mobile data is turned on.

Phone cs and ask for your account to be provisioned for mms

Is it on contract or are you using sim free on PAY?

i cant not get this to work I've been in touch with the gurus and they have sent me email details to manually set the apn, to no joy, i have also had my Sim card swapped and still no joy getting pretty annoyed as this can any body help .

 

on pay as you go

after selecting new apn and adding the supplied details and saving them, once i go back to the oringal page i cant not select the new apn

Take your time, have a little patience and go through the settings. It's so easy in all honesty. Getting annoyed won't help.
