Hi, we have bought a new phone for our daughter with an esim, but either did not get sent a QR code or didnt receive one. How can we fix this?

@peter_arts Quickest way to resolve your issue is to call into an O2 store, if you have one nearby and they can hopefully give you what you need. Be sure to bring photo identification with you.

eSIMs are delivered and installed through MyO2. Unlike other networks QR codes are a rarity.
Unless there is a very good reason for your daughter to have an eSIM your she would be far better off with a normal plastic SIM.otherwise you are storing up problems for the future, particularly with O2
