If you look at the top of the page you will see My O2 there...(right hand side) You may need to sign in again

Go into MyO2 and on the left hand side of the page you will see this
Click on that and you can change address...

You will need to set up a pin to change address too.

Unless it's all changed the link I posted shows they will send a code?
Select the Bills tab at the top of the My Device page and scroll to the bottom of the page. Choose Change my billing address and we'll send a code to your device, which you'll need to enter. Then simply fill in the form to change your address.
