Iv had my lg g3 for 8 months almost.after 6 months the battery wasent charging now my earphone whole isn't connecting .and my back light is not working.I have the receipt.as my consumer rights is it true I am entitled for an exchange/new phone? I paid 360 for a pants phone .please help

You wouldn't be entitled to a new phone. You need to give them the opportunity to repair the one you have. It will still be under warranty, so you should probably go direct to LG customer support, rather than O2.

Contact LG for a repair under warranty.
You will be covered as long as the damage is not of your own doing.

After eight month's use you don't have the right to a replacement unless they can't repair it, which you have to give them the opportunity to do.

You have no right to a replacement after 8 months.

The warranty process has to be followed and only then, if it cannot be repaired, will you get a replacement at the discretion of LG......

Thank you.just spoke to lg.They said they can send it off but looks like it is pretty rubbish. I need to go into shop i bought it from and ask for a new phone.it's not fit for purpose !

As advised you wont get a new replacement phone. If you go instore they will send it to Anova

It doesn't matter where you bought it. You will not be given a new phone after using it for eight months. Send it directly to LG. That's your best chance of getting it repaired correctly.
