Hi, I`ve re-newed my contract for ************ in Feb, but I still paying old contract`s amount which is £29 instead of £8.

Things at O2 Payments seem a bit of a mess at the moment, probably due to the botched system upgrade affecting many, many O2 Customers.
You will need to contact Payment Management who are best able to help
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
