I want to discontinue my existing Spendcap of £5. My tarrif is SIM ONLY £10 a month. I went to a Shop in Boston today but the agent couldnt assist at the time.

No one on this forum has access to your account. If you want to change your spend cap you will either need to do the following :
Call Customer Services on 202 or 0344 809 0202 and when asked reason for your call say upgrade.
You can also speak to an agent if one is available on livechat at https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
