I have bought the Samsung galaxy 8+ says I can claim a free wireless charger but when you on link it doesn't work and I haven't got my galaxy app showing on Phone??

They probably realised that shops were selling old stock with an out of date offer.

Ah, I see. I wasn't aware of the new offer, but as usual, there are specific requirements that need to be met.
"Offer only available on purchases from O2. Purchase between 04.01.18-31.01.18. Claim online from Samsung between 14-44 days after purchase. Full terms and conditions apply."

Which means you cannot claim until 18th January at the earliest assuming you purchased on 4th Jan.

The page will go live when the promo opens.

According to the T&C's for this new offer, this page will go live for you to claim 14 days after your purchase date, providing you purchased during January.
