Unable to use WiFi calling unfortunately as my brand new unlocked phone has got O2 software .

Typed in *#1234# and CSC:G955FOXM1CRD5 is there, which I'm told equates to Open Market and should allow me wifi calling but thats not the case.

I'm using a Samsung S8plus and was told by the salesman that this is comparable and will have no problem, it wasn't until I was ported across yesterday that I realise I have this issue.

Anybody with any advice would be greatly appreciated, I'm teched up but wouldn't attempt flashing my phone or anything else that could brick it.

Thanks for looking

It should work on OXM firmware.
Have you gone into the device details in your MyO2 and enabled the option in there?

Thanks for your speedy reply......as soon as I joined up yesterday, the first thing I did was activate WiFi calling on myO2 and just checked and it states that it's activated.

I don't even have the option to turn it on on my phone anymore...as I did with my previous provider....im stumped at the moment as what to do next
